Cancellation Policy

Parking and Appointment information: My office is located in Port Co. The address is 222 Main Street East, North Bay. The building is between Northern Tykes and TD Bank. You can park along Main street in front of Port Co or in the civic parking lot 11 (off of McIntyre E) behind the Port Co building in spots #1,5,7,10, or 11 if they are empty. There are three entrances to the building. One is at the front of the building (facing Main Street E), and the other two entrances are at the back of the building (facing McIntyre St E). You can access one of the entrances by going up wooden stairs behind the building, and the other one is on the ground floor at the back of the building. My office is on the second floor. If you have physical limitations and cannot go up stairs, please notify me and I will arrange for accommodations. The building is secure, so I will have to let you into the building. When you arrive for your appointment, please text me (705-358-0109) which entrance you are at and I will come meet you. Even if another person goes into the building when you get to the building, please wait for me to come and get you. Cancellation Policy: To ensure the best possible service for all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee, as I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me via email as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me serve you and other clients better.
