Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment in FULL must be received before the appointment. There are multiple ways to pay online, including E-transfer to lomacksarahrhn@gmail.com. If payment has not been received before the appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled to a later date. Cancellation Policy: To ensure the best possible service for all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee, as I reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me via email as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me serve you and other clients better.
