This service includes a 60-min intake session where we discuss your goals and concerns. You will receive a 4-week meal plan and lifestyle change recommendations.

Hair Trace Mineral Analysis + Nutrition Counselling
This service includes a HTMA Test appointment to take the hair sample and a 60-minute report results session where I explain your HTMA report results (booked 2-3 weeks after the hair sample is taken). You also receive a 4-week meal plan, lifestyle adjustment and supplement recommendations based on your goals/concerns and HTMA results. It is recommended to do a second test approximately three months after the first test.

Hair Cortisol/ Hair Testosterone Testing
This service includes a HCT or HTT appointment to take the hair sample. You receive a report explaining the results. These tests can be added to a HTMA test to further understand what the clients' cortisol or testosterone levels are at.
