Hi, I'm Sarah, RHN, HTMA-P
I'm here to help you feel your best!
I know how frustrating it can be to feel tired, bloated, or stuck in a cycle of trial and error with your health. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Practitioner, I help clients like you understand what your body truly needs so you can feel energized, balanced, and in control of your wellbeing.
My Story
Why I do what I do
My journey into holistic nutrition started when I struggled with fatigue and digestive issues for years, trying every diet and supplement with no success. It wasn’t until I discovered holistic nutrition and HTMA to adopt a whole-body approach to wellness that I finally felt like myself again.

As a mom and a veteran spouse, I understand the challenges of juggling responsibilities while trying to prioritize your health. I know what it’s like to feel drained, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start—but I also know how powerful the right nutrition and lifestyle changes can be in restoring your energy and balance.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others avoid the confusion and frustration I went through. My goal is to provide real answers, personalized strategies, and compassionate support so you can take charge of your health with confidence.

The Three C's My promise to clients
Compassion
My office is a safe space for everyone. I understand that diet, health concerns, and wellness goals are touchy subjects and can be embarrassing for a person. Change is hard and sometimes it seems like “too much work”. I promise to make my clients’ feel heard, cared about, and not judged.

Confidentiality
I will never share names or any identifying information about my clients’. I won’t acknowledge clients in public unless they initiate it because that client might not want others to know they are seeing a nutritionist.

Care
I take my clients health concerns and goals very seriously. I care about the small wins (even if it’s drinking a glass of water). I stay up-to-date with the latest articles, books, and education to ensure that my guidance is both current and effective.
