Return/Refund Policy:
Rooted Nutrition Co does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or product incompatibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct services and products for their desired purpose. If you are unsure as to which product would best suit your needs or have questions, please email us at sarah@rootednutritionco.ca.
Damages and Issues:
We have a 15-day return policy on products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return on damaged or defective goods only. We have a 24-hour refund policy on services, which means you have 24-hours after the purchase of a service to request a cancel and a refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Disclaimer and Warranty
There are no express warranties applied to products or services purchased from Rooted Nutrition Co, as these are used at the discretion of the customer. Rooted Nutrition Co is not liable for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effect caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of the product.
Any recommended uses and dosage amounts published on this website are within accepted and established industry safety guidelines. When in doubt, consult a pharmacist or your primary healthcare provider for more guidance
The liability of Rooted Nutrition Co for any claim brought by the customer is limited, at Rooted Nutrition Co’s option, to replace the product, or apply an appropriate credit adjustment not to exceed the sale price of the product to the customer.
