Are my services covered under insurance?
Many insurance companies cover nutrition services. The services I provide are covered under "nutritionist" "nutrition counselling" or "nutritionist services". Please reference your own coverage to ensure you are covered properly. As a proud member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners, insurance companies that may cover my services include: Canada Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, GWL, League, and Industrielle Alliance. Health/flex spending accounts may also cover nutrition services.

How do HTMA and holistic nutrition work together?
HTMA and holistic nutrition complement each other by combining mineral analysis with an integrative approach to nutrition and wellness. HTMA provides detailed insights into your mineral status and potential imbalances, while holistic nutrition uses the client's lifestyle and health and wellness concerns to create personalized dietary and lifestyle strategies. Together, they offer a comprehensive plan to optimize health, address deficiencies, and support overall well-being.
What if I don't live locally?
I offer services virtually as well. If you are unable to do a physical appointment, please contact me and I will advise you how to do the appointments virtually. All appointments are done either in-person or through video conferencing (such as Zoom). The only phone call appointment I do is the Free Consultation.
